Returns Policy

We want you to love your prints from Pinecone Print Shop. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.
Returns (30 Days From Delivery)
We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email Returns@pineconeprintshop.com with your order number and a brief note about the return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging when possible (especially framed items)
After 30 Days: Store Credit Only
After 30 days from delivery, we do not offer refunds. If you reach out after 30 days, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item and condition.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for framed items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved (and within 30 days of delivery):
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except where required by law)
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Returns@pineconeprintshop.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
Our default resolution for damage is replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item (we’ll provide instructions if needed).
Color and Material Variation
We do our best to represent artwork accurately. Please note:
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to device settings and lighting
- Paper texture/materials may affect appearance
- Minor trim/crop tolerances can occur in production
- Painterly texture, brushwork, and tonal variation may be part of the artwork
These normal variations are not considered defects.
Lost Packages (USPS)
We ship via USPS. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package:
- Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors
- Contact USPS to open a case
- Email us so we can assist
If USPS confirms the package was lost in transit, we will typically offer a replacement (or store credit/refund if replacement isn’t possible). We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
