Welcome to Pinecone Print Shop (“Pinecone Print Shop,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and any purchase of prints, framed prints, and related products (the “Products”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Orders and Production

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Many Products are made to order, and production may begin soon after purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at Returns@pineconeprintshop.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes/cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfillment has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or fulfillment limitations. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded.

2) Artwork, Color, and Print Variation

We take great care to produce consistent, high-quality prints. You understand and accept that:

  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor/device settings and lighting conditions.
  • Paper texture and materials can affect how color and detail appear.
  • Minor trim/crop tolerances may occur in production, especially on bordered or full-bleed designs.
  • Painterly texture, brushwork, and tonal variation may be part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

These normal variations are not considered damage or misprints.

3) Product Photos and Mockups

Product photos and room mockups are for illustrative purposes. Frame tones, mat appearance, and scale can vary slightly from on-screen previews.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and generally cannot be applied retroactively. Promotions may be changed or ended at any time.

5) Shipping (USPS) and Delivery Times

We ship using USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by USPS delays, weather, peak holiday volume, or other events outside our control.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship.

6) Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Returns@pineconeprintshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

Damage policy (default): We replace damaged items by default. If a replacement is not possible (for example, due to production constraints), we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item (we’ll provide instructions if needed).

7) Returns (30 Days From Delivery)

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To start a return, email Returns@pineconeprintshop.com with your order number and a brief note about the return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, and returned in original packaging when possible (especially framed items).

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for framed items.

Refunds: If your return is approved and received within the return window, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

After 30 days: After 30 days from delivery, we do not offer refunds. We may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item and condition.

8) Lost Packages and Tracking Issues (USPS)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors
  2. Contact USPS to open a case
  3. Email us so we can help with next steps

If USPS confirms the package was lost in transit, we will typically offer a replacement (or store credit/refund if replacement isn’t possible). We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

9) Intellectual Property and Personal Use

All artwork, designs, images, and text on the Site are owned by Pinecone Print Shop or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. Products are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

10) Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with Site operations.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site access or that the Site will be error-free.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinecone Print Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
