At Pinecone Print Shop, we package every order with care so it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS.
Processing Time
Many of our prints are made to order. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons (especially November–December), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and USPS transit times. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with USPS tracking details.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email Returns@pineconeprintshop.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
Our default resolution for shipping damage is replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors
- Contacting USPS to open a case
- Emailing us at Returns@pineconeprintshop.com so we can assist
If USPS confirms the package was lost in transit, we will typically offer a replacement (or store credit/refund if replacement isn’t possible).
